Howards Aluminum Rods and Components have been manufacturing forged aluminum rods for over 45 years. Our practical knowlege of aluminum rods, and their advantages and disadvantages in all forms of motor racing, is unparalleled.  Because we have been in the aluminum rod business since the very beginning, we have tooling to manufacture rods that none of our competitors do. Please take note of the variety of engines we can make standard dimension rods for, as well as less complicated way of installing rods in less popular engines for bracket racing or nostalgia racing. Part numbers with an asterisk (*) after the description, are parts that we can manufacture but are considered custom due to their slow sales, and are billed accordingly. All Howard's rods are forged from 7075 T-6 material by Performance Forged Products and feature ARP rod bolts. Our hemi forging is also available in our "SUPER C" material for blown nitro, injected nitro, and severe duty blown alcohol.
